GK’s Easy Favorite Slow Cooker London Broil!


Ingredients

·        3lb pounds London broil It a lean cut, however a trim any ourside fat from the piece. (my preference).

·        salt and pepper

·        4 cloves garlic, minced

·        8 Peeled and cut to size potatoes

·        2 bag baby carrots

·        2 stalk of celery cut to size

·        3 large yellow onion, I cut them into quarters

·        2 1/2 cups beef broth

·        4 tablespoons soy sauce

  • Season London Broil thoroughly with salt and pepper on both sides and place in a slow cooker.
  • Add celery, carrots, peeled potatoes (uncooked) garlic, onions, beef broth, and soy sauce to the top of the meat
  • Cook on low 9-10 hours hours.
  •  
  • Remove the meat to a separate dish and allow meat to rest 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

This is really good and inexpensive to make. You’ll have enough leftovers for the next 5 days!
