Course Outline:
· 3-4 hours plus (depending on class size and questions)
· 7 lessons are discussed as follows:
1.) Introduction (Instructor Credentials)
2.) Why Are Real Estate Agents at Risk: NRB Statistics.
3.) Situational Awareness: What is it and why is it important.
4.) How Stress Affects the Body.
5.) Mindset and Defensive Strategies. Protecting yourself.
6.) Defensive Options. What if when how and why.
7.) USCCA Membership How to become a member. The best training organization in the country.
Associated Costs: (class minimum 10 students)
· Class size up to 10 students $85.00/student
· Class size up to 10-20 students $75.00/student
· Class size up to 20- 30 students $60.00/student
Onsite training at instructors’ location or onsite training for larger classes.
Please schedule classes for 3-4 weeks out. The instructor will visit the site approximately 3 weeks before the training, evaluate the site and determine what will be needed to conduct the class.
Note: Approximately one year after completion of this class, a refresher class will be held at no charge at a location to be determined.
Please Note, attendees or sponsoring office must sign up and pay for the class two weeks prior to training. Cash or checks are accepted. I will need the name of the student/attendee and their email address.
On completion of the class the student will receive a certificate of proof that the class was taken on the specified date and time with an instructor signature and Instructor ID number. This training class may become a state mandate and the certificate is your proof of attendance. Tactical K Training and Firearms Academy will supply bottled water, soda and snacks.
