Can a Convicted Felon go to the gun ranger, go to a Gun Store or Any Firearm Related Event?
If a felon has firearm restrictions, they are not allowed to be within certain distance of any weapons of any type of firearm.
They can't walk into a gun store.
They cannot possess a weapon in their home.
They cannot go to a gun range.
If they live with a gun owner who has no such restrictions, that gun owner must secure the weapon so that the felon has no access to it at all.
